[閒聊] 白文與綠蛋殼
最近想說煎個荷包蛋來吃,蛋的尖頭打裂一部分,用手慢慢扳開一個洞,
蛋汁不流出來的狀態,以熱鍋煎順流而下的蛋白及蛋黃,然後,
再以蛋殼夾蛋膜方式退去蛋膜,無膜之蛋殼(略蛋形)浸泡於川燙過大陸妹(菜名)之湯
水淹過與之去其醒味,待水涼掉,再以熱水洗過一次,淺綠色的"復活蛋殼"就此成形,
待一天自然風乾後,就是白文特別的蛋殻點心了,至於別種蔬菜,目前還沒用過~~
