[懷孕] 嗜睡昏沈是正常的嗎已回收
孕前本就已是夜間睡眠要滿8小時不能中斷的體質
現在孕期9w,夜間睡眠動輒需要10小時
白天也比以前更容易感到昏沈,明明身體不累但就不自覺地想去床上躺一下
大多時候會硬撐著做事,有時撐不住去睡個午覺也要2小時
等於說一天24小時有超過一半的時間都用在睡覺上了>"<
先生擔心這是睡太久的昏沈,而一昏沈又更容易想睡覺,然後陷入惡性循環
而我雖知道有了寶寶後會比孕前更想睡覺
但不知嗜睡怎樣的程度以內是正常的、怎樣的程度是要克制的
所以來版上問問大家,妳們的經驗是如何呢?

糟!我確實是低血壓...平常測量數值約100/60,最低還曾有過90/40的orz
剛查了一下低血壓孕婦中期可能會血壓更低,導致容易頭暈甚至昏倒
改善方式是多攝取鹽分水分還有多運動...
唯一的好處可能是妊娠高血壓的機會比較小一點吧><
