[懷孕] 如何解決懷孕後期睡不好
正式進入第三期了,簡直生不如死,肚子很大,喝水肚皮都繃很痛,晚上睡覺肚子受地心
引力拉扯什麼睡姿都不對,非常折磨
詢問其他人怎麼解決
1.墊東西,即使墊了側睡時整個腹部還是有位移拉扯感,而且壓迫到肺臟,喘不過氣,撐
不到30分鐘就需換姿勢。我有定了月亮枕,效果會比較好嗎?
2.半坐躺睡,這是最舒服的姿勢,但睡不久,頂多2h就受不了
3.正睡,這是我目前覺得不舒服裡頭比較舒服的睡姿,腰兩邊再墊小抱枕,勉強可睡睡醒
醒過夜,看文章說這種睡姿對孕婦和寶寶都不好,頗擔心。
大家還有什麼好方法改善嗎?身體又累,又重,又繃,肚子垂墜感好重,跟廢人沒兩樣,
又睡不好超崩潰 QQ
