[寶寶] 會單純用米麩取代一餐嗎
今天回婆家的時候看餐桌上好多包 米麩…
心想公婆又要重提退母奶一事(為了讓寶寶可以陪他們睡+希望我快點生下一胎);果然
一坐下來公公就問我寶寶吃了沒,要我去泡給他吃(但我沒泡)。
(寶寶除了剛出生那一個月我因為經驗不足搭配方之後,現在全親餵,三餐副食品也吃的
很好,甚至愛吃乾飯勝過與米粥了。生長曲線更是沒有低於80%…)
回歸話題…
公公不斷的跟我介紹米麩,說它是無糖又是糙米,要我取代寶寶的三餐的一餐還有睡前奶
…blabla…因為大姑的小孩也是吃這個…
好了,聽到這裡其實已經不知道該回應什麼,只好留下豬隊友跟寶寶去應付…
我知道很多寶寶喝奶到後期會搭米麩+配方來增加飽足感,我當初懷孕時也曾經研究過到
底怎麼讓母奶+米麩,但是現在卻覺得寶寶明明進行副食品已經5個多月,一路下來其實還
滿賞臉的,雖然偶爾有厭粥的狀態,但現在改搭麵條或是自己特製的水餃或是吐司饅頭都
吃的滿好的,為什麼我要走回頭路讓米麩取代一餐?
我也查過米麩含豐富的膳食纖維還有維生素E,我認同它的營養價值;但是一大包沒有任
何標示及有效期限,實在讓我心怕怕。
而且我不認為它能夠完全取代母奶,或甚至副食品裡的菜,魚,肉(每天現煮)…等能提
供的豐富營養來源
因為豬隊友認為聽公婆的取代一餐無所謂,所以想請教各位,如果是你/妳會讓米麩取代
小孩的一餐嗎?
