[寶寶] 1歲後如何吃三餐?
我是職業婦女,兒子1歲3個月,白天送去保母家,因為保母說她
帶2個沒空煮,所以一直都是我煮好一個禮拜的粥冰冷凍,每天拿
一盒給她當午餐,然後晚餐也是我假日先煮好一個禮拜的粥冰冷
凍,每晚再拿出一盒加熱,等於一天只吃2餐粥,早上下午跟睡前
分別喝4次奶,很想減少奶的次數,增加固體食物,而且想讓他吃
現煮的飯菜,而不是只差吃冷凍的粥,粥我已經變化的都差不多
了,我兒子感覺好像也都吃膩了,以前都會吃光光,現在都剩一
半以上,但要保母跟我每天現煮飯菜(非懶人電鍋粥)實在沒有
空,我跟先生晚餐都隨便買外食吃,兒子小,不想讓他那麼早就
跟我們亂吃,請問有什麼好方法可以分享一下嗎?還是有什麼推
薦的現煮健康外送餐可以給小小孩吃嗎?

剛剛跟保母溝通了,她說我備料給她煮麵可以,炒飯炒麵無法,那請問如果我前一天炒好
冷藏或冷凍,隔天加熱可以嗎?炒飯炒麵吃放冰箱隔夜的不知道會不會不好
