[哀號] 瘦不下來好憂鬱><
之前在版上po過我的減肥文...
從9/13開始晨跑 已經快3個禮拜
大約每個禮拜跑4-5天 3200m半小時 然後走400m緩衝
(不能再增加時間了,因為我跟我妹都要趕回家洗澡+上班)
其中有一天吃了大餐
不然都維持之前po版的吃法 沒特別節食
沒吃零食 飲料喝無糖的(一禮拜喝2-3次)
前天量了體重是53公斤 今天量的是54公斤
(想到量一下的 跟前天是相同時間)
體重沒有明顯下降...(好吧 這算是可預期中的)
身型也沒明顯變瘦 腿的肉倒是變結實了
(今天去做全身按摩 還被問:你是不是有在做運動)
可是...我是想變細變瘦 不想不動如山的變結實啊><
因為穿褲子還是不好看吶
還有...我的小腹
上個禮拜mc過後 就變得脹脹硬硬的
明明有腰身了 卻凸一塊小腹 真得很醜><
感覺都瘦不下來...我已經開始憂鬱起來了><
我該怎麼辦呢??
