[問題] 鄭多燕不算有氧那是?
爬了一下文 知道要重訓增加肌肉
但也需有氧瘦全身
可我想請問各位:那是重訓先還是有氧先阿?
目的是要瘦身的話
而鄭多燕神奇的地方是我體重沒有改變
可是跳了兩個月大腿線條變很明顯
膝蓋上的內側大腿肉尤其神奇消失
所以鄭多燕是算訓練肌肉的嗎?
