查德共和國總統德比今天表示，未來十年是查德的黃金時期，
正因為查德什麼都沒有，現在去建設正是時候，
他呼籲台灣工商界趕快到查德投資，才能搶得先機，
如果台灣人至查德投資，他願意一人給四平方公里土地。
查德是非洲中北部的內陸國，面積為非洲第五大國，
人口七○○萬人，八○％的出口為棉花，一九九七年八月台灣與查德復交以來，
是台灣在中部非洲唯一的邦交뀊
