要不要來塊雞排?
你點雞排的時候,會不會跟老闆說『老闆我要加辣』呢?
還是你喜歡吃完全不調衛的 『真。原味雞排』呢?
也許吧,你會喜歡沒有任何粉撒在雞排上的純原汁原味
但,別忘了這塊雞排一樣是有醃過,有炸過,有處理過。
並不是從雞身上切下來就長這個樣子。
好吃的雞排必需在每個環節都用心處理
從養雞,屠仔,選肉,拍打,醃製,油溫,起鍋時間都很講究。
如此才能做出最頂極的雞排,
起鍋後的調味,要灑胡椒鹽,還是大辣,或是梅子粉,就完全是個人喜好。
但,別忘了,如果炸不好,光灑一堆粉也是無法掩飾這塊雞排炸很老的事實。
一塊雞排要不要後製,完全是客倌你自己定奪。
但千萬不要忘了,先要有好的料理過程,
才不會讓你的雞排只剩下一堆粉味...

後製不後製有沒有這麼重要呢
口味重就多灑點粉嘛,吃膩了就來塊原味的就好啦~
