晚餐:禾豐-白飯1.5碗 筍子 大白菜 海帶 蒜泥白肉
晚點:蜜麻花一個
運動:散步約一小時
喝水量:2200左右
今天的心情:
感冒加上月經整天昏昏沉沉的
不過下午還是散步去晃晃
不小心就買了一雙踝靴
本來想找及膝的
可是靴筒都好鬆 就沒買了
