[減肥] 請給我點建議..

身高:154.6
體重:57.8
BMI:24(BMI低於18.5者禁止發減肥文)
體脂率:34.0(若不知道請至保健室、健身房、醫院、藥妝店等處測量,未填必砍)
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐:1.早餐店(通常是三明治或蛋餅)
2.媽媽亂做...(蔥抓餅.饅頭夾蛋之類的)
3.麥片(很少)
4.麵包
午餐:學校營養午餐 假日的話就自己亂吃或跟家人出去吃 自己吃通常是定食或便當之類
晚餐:媽媽買的便當.麵...之類的 偶爾會炒青菜 通常還會有個水果
其他:偶爾會吃個小糖果 囧
每周五會做麵包 蛋糕 中式點心之類的 會吃幾個...囧rz
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
10點~11點半睡
早上6:5X起床
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
學生
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
騎x-bike 3~40分左右,心跳數約110~130左右 (不太會算 聽說是15秒x4 算出來都11X~
12X)
阻力2~3 轉速22~38
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
不知道該怎麼改變飲食習慣
這樣吃好像太...
之前晚餐都吃很少
然後最近晚餐都吃媽媽買的超豪華(?)食物
然後又吃超多...
星期五又會做一些雜七雜八的
本來53而已胖到這樣(之前體脂32%)
想請版上的大大們給我一些飲食改善的建議..
有時後運動都覺得很懶...不知道該怎麼改善呢?
每天回家就都覺得好累了 完全不想動
但最近是有一點動力起來的樣子
不知道過幾天會不會又...
總之想請版上的大大們給我一些建議阿阿T_T
體脂肪34真的太高了最近胖好多阿阿
目標是45~47kg左右..(會不會太貪心了XD)
