[問題] 關於練背
知道重訓和有氧一樣重要
但是重訓姿勢正不正確更重要
因為自己實在是重訓菜鳥
所以想請教一些問題
平常是在政大重訓室運動
裡面有一台滑輪下拉的機器
爬了一下文知道滑輪下拉可以練上背肌
但是在重訓室看過有人站著拉跟坐著拉
不曉得其中差別是什麼?
然後關於手握的位置 是應該要與肩同寬 還是寬於肩呢?
還有頸前跟頸後的差別...
不好意思問題很多...因為政大重訓室沒有教練
怕自己亂練會受傷而且也沒效率
所以來請教各位先進
如果是政大學生開學後如果有機會一起重訓也不錯XD
