請問
少量多組和多量少組的差別在哪?
我最近想強化身體的爆發力
不知道哪種訓練法比較適合?
舉例來說 一次做15下伏地挺身 然後做五組 和 一次做25下 然後做三組
請問有差別嗎?
還是只做一次 然後做50下 超負荷的效果會比較好呢?
