[減肥] 游泳減肥
之前在外地讀書兩年,因為壓力跟失眠,加上我開始大吃大喝,使得我體重兩年上升15公斤,體脂42(是真的)。
如今畢業了,也開始想要過健康的生活,因此我花了1500買中山運動中心的游泳卡,也就是三十天三十次的額度,期滿沒用完補60元的差額。
我的減肥規劃
1,每天游泳500公尺(我姿勢不對所以游起來好累><,但聽說這樣反而瘦得快)
2,少吃(我的食量真的很大,我是女生)
3,盡量早睡(嗚…我無法克制)
當然一個月過後會開始每週2—3天的運動,也打算第一份薪水花個5小時4500的健身教練費,請他教我正確的重訓器材使用方式。之後就自己去健身房運動了。
不知道我這樣的規劃健康嗎?正確嗎?
