[討論] 早餐常吃太多
我常常五點多就起床,一起床每天固定幾乎都會排便,然後肚子就開始咕嚕叫,常常早餐要吃兩個主食加一杯飲料才會飽... 囧例如兩個三明治加一杯豆漿或一份燕麥泡馬玉山加一顆饅頭加泡一杯牛奶,十點多餓了又會再吃香蕉或營養棒之類的零零總總,然後早上的熱量就佔了我基代的一半,基代大概1200,晚餐又不敢吃太多怕會爆表,所以都吃大概三百卡但是我都十一點多睡覺,常常餓著睡,有沒有什麼辦法可以讓我早餐不要吃這麼多啊QQ我這樣好像暴飲暴食的...請大家批評指教
