[討論] 體脂太低的問題
首先,我不是個位數體脂魔人
也自覺不可能把體脂練到多低
只是18-19%的歐吉桑,純粹想從「健康」這方面來請教
平常自己在家量體脂,約落在18-19%
然而上次去健檢時,遇到醫院用的快樂錶
量出來只有14.4%(這和高手比還是不夠看,也不是重點)
本來看到這數字還有點竊喜,畢竟在這版上久了
不自覺就會期待看到體脂越低越好
但這時護士卻淡淡的說:「你這樣體脂肪太低了。」
言外之意似乎是太低其實也不好
所以想請問一下,除了運動選手為了增進在運動表現上的需求
以及想藉由低體脂來展現好身材之外
體脂肪若是太低的話(雖然我是不煩惱自己會有那麼一天,太困難了)
對健康是不是反而會有某種程度上的不利呢?
