[討論] 只做伏地挺身手臂會有線條嗎??

一直覺得自己的手臂太細,想練壯一點,
這幾天早中晚各做100下伏地挺身,
只做 http://tinyurl.com/6npouyd 的1和3(都沒用器材),
想請教如果持續每天這樣做手臂能更壯一點嗎?
線條會慢慢出來嗎? 還是一定要搭配其他的健身器材才行..
