[問題] 總膽固醇過高,如何降低

最近公司體檢出來,總膽固醇230超過標準滿多的,早餐以蠻頭夾蛋或肉再加杯無糖豆漿為主,午晚餐都是吃自助餐以三份青菜及兩份肉類為主,飲食原則以少吃油炸.清淡及不加工食物為主,運動後會在補充一份碳水化合物跟一份蛋白質,每周重訓約三次,想問一下,要如何調整飲食?
另再請問一下,因為去年8月開使接觸重訓後有特別提高蛋白質的量,每天都會吃2至3顆全蛋(爬文看過不是影響膽固醇的主因),不知道是否有影響?
