Citi Management Associate Program (Global Consumer Bank / Institutional
Clients Group)
Citi Taiwan Management Associate (MA) Program is 12 months in length and
starts in July annually. The GCB or ICG MA Program begins with intensive
training to provide you with essential skills, knowledge as well as a
comprehensive orientation to Citi's culture. After initial training, you will
have the opportunity to explore multiple business areas based on a structured
rotation plan. Apart from such on-the-job training, you will complete
training programs that cover banking foundation, business knowledge,
technical as well as leadership skills. Throughout the program, you will be
involved in networking, MA activities, and buddy support and coaching and
mentoring by senior leaders. At the end of the program you will be placed to
one business. Placement is based on a combination of your personal
preferences and business needs.
Citi Management Associate Program (Operations & Technology)
The Operations & Technology Management Associate (O&T MA) Program is a 2-year
developmental program that aims to groom high potential junior talents to
enable them to take on critical mid career positions within Operations and
Technology.
O&T MAs rotate in different areas within Taiwan O&T with the possibility of
being selected for the regional Leadership Development Program (LDP). LDP is
a 2-year program that provides participants the opportunity to work on three
different assignments while offering overseas exposure in Asia Pacific and
strategic insights in various demanding roles.
To qualify for Citi MA Program (GCB/ ICG):
- Undergraduate and/or Postgraduate (MBA/Master) degree
- If already graduated, must have less than 3 years of work
experience
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese Mandarin
- Eligible to work in Taiwan R.O.C.
To qualify for Citi MA Program (O&T):
- Postgraduate degree OR Undergraduate with minimum 2 years
work experience
- Strong, long-term commitment to a career in Asia Pacific
Operations & Technology
- Opened to mobility across APAC Regional and interested in
regional career path
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese Mandarin
- Eligible to work in Taiwan R.O.C.
To succeed as a Citi MA, you must:
