NASA望遠鏡拍到超新星爆炸衝擊波xhttp://img.ltn.com.tw/Upload/liveNews/BigPic/600_phpys9s8a.jpg美國太空總署(NASA)首次完整記錄到超新星爆炸過程,距離地球12億光年遠的爆炸只持續了20分鐘。(圖擷取自YouTube)2016-03-22 22:02〔即時新聞/綜合報導〕美國國家航空暨太空總署(NASA)的國際研究團隊,歷時3年分析克卜勒太空望遠鏡拍攝的50兆顆恆星影像,首度發現到完整的超新星爆炸過程,就連爆炸衝擊波(shock breakout)都被完整記錄下來;這顆爆炸的超新星距離地球12億光年遠,整段爆炸過程只持續短短的20分鐘。《CNN》報導,克卜勒太空望遠鏡拍攝到1顆位於12億光年遠,比太陽還要大500倍的紅色超巨星發生超新星爆炸;這是人類歷史上首次捕捉到完整的超新星爆炸過程。影片中可以看出,紅色超巨星急速重力塌陷後,內層離子波衝破表面並出現一系列的手指狀電漿噴流(plasma jet),然後是超新星爆炸產生的可見光爆炸衝擊波。超新星爆炸((Supernova explosion)發生於大質量恆星的演化後期,是恆星死亡前的最後一次大爆炸。NASA這次拍攝到的是第二型超新星KSN 2011d的爆炸;第一型超新星為雙星系統,第二型超新星為單星系統;爆炸後還需要14天達到最大亮度,最大亮度將為太陽亮度的10億倍。西元1054年宋朝年間,文獻便曾記錄過一次超新星爆炸,也就是「蟹狀星雲」的形成。自由時報http://news.ltn.com.tw/news/world/breakingnews/1640816原文https://goo.gl/iiNTDS影片https://youtu.be/kLlILnQjGfc--
