戒尻更傷身! 醫:現在給我去打手槍

「打手槍」是男生從小到大發洩性衝動與慾望的過程,但坊間卻流傳DIY會害不舉、陽痿
等。對此,泌尿科醫師高銘鴻表示,「阻人尻尻,害人不淺,現在給我去打手槍。」
高銘鴻近日拍攝「別再戒色了,不打手槍更傷身」影片指出,短時間內禁尻不會怎麼樣,
但更多時間不打手槍,其實會對泌尿系統有不良的影響,像攝護腺會鈣化,甚至容易造成
發炎,因精液有一部分是從攝護腺來的,你分泌液體卻沒有排出去,它就會積在那邊。
高銘鴻說,還有儲精囊也會分泌儲精囊液,那久了之後就會變成固態,所以會聽到有人很
久沒打手槍,發生性行為或久違的打手槍時會疼痛,甚至會有儲精囊的結石,看起來稠稠
的,甚至還有血色。
有人發問,所以禁尻根本對身體一點幫助都沒有?高銘鴻提到,「我覺得這可能比較像精
神上的儀式,但對身體上其實不是很好。」
泌尿科醫師莊豐賓也曾指出,男生射精能感到快樂,哈佛研究更指出,每個月射精21次者
,比只射4~7次的人,罹患攝護腺機率降低31%;每天自慰1~2次都屬正常範圍,一旦過
度或過激就可能引發GG受傷。
