[請益] 學校約聘職員勞退提撥問題
我知道適用勞基法的人雇主都必須提撥6%勞退金
但我有查勞基法條,沒看到學校約聘職員是不是用勞基法
想請益各位,學校約聘職員沒提撥6%有違法嗎?

是領學校薪資,原本有投勞健保,但勞退金會計室用接到的計畫金提撥,計畫到去前12/31日就到期了,今年會計室就請我拿自已的錢出來繳。
