[問題] 練滑輪下拉時前臂和手腕先酸
滑輪下拉練背肌,
可是背部都還沒酸到
前臂和手腕就先不行了,很快就做不下去
怎辦?要停下來先把這兩個小肌群練好才能練滑輪下拉嗎?
有沒有別的變通辦法可以練到背肌的?
懇請賜教。
