[問題] 練腹肌?
請問要練腹肌除了仰臥起坐還有什麼辦法嗎?
我最近想好好健身~
到學校健身房做蝴蝶機~
各位進版的大大!謝謝你們進來幫助我!
我工作讀書比較忙~一星期只能健身一次
我知道應該太少了!
但是一星期之後胸肌還在~但是肚子整個又變超軟的了>.<"
不知道是不是太瘦的關係!
有人可以幫幫我嗎?
