[問題] 隔天起床
小弟我都是在睡前做一下健身,
30下伏地挺身30下仰臥起做,
很少量但是每天持續,
這樣睡的也比較好,
只是每次早上起床後照鏡子,
都會發現肌肉很平坦甚至縮小,
之前的線條都會不見,
但是等到一整天結束後晚上回家線條又會出來,
是因為早上肌肉還沒起床嗎?
還有請教各位大大,
有人有聽過P90X課程嗎?
聽說很多老外都是靠這練的很壯.
