[問題] 滑輪下拉鍊背需要拉到哪??
我是新手上路才練三個月
我今天去練背
我看鐵克網的坐姿滑輪頸前下拉都說拉到胸口

所以我都照這個練
今天看到一個強大的教練
他教一個學生是拉到鼻子的高度而已
不知道這差異是什麼???
