[問題] 練伏地挺身遇到問題
我最近再練伏地挺身
手是放在比身體寬半個位置左右
之前看過教學說手放越寬越練的到胸(中文翻譯的很奇怪不確定@@)
但是我的三頭肌(不確定)反而比較酸@@
因為是剛開始練
不知道是因為力氣太小
還是動作錯誤?
如果要影片我可能明後天在奉上@@
