[問題] 有人是工作長肌肉的嗎
有幾個問題想請教
1.一般工地勞工,排汗量大,搬重物
這樣的人沒空上健身房的話
如果攝取高蛋白食物,是否會有漂亮的肌肉
2.到健身板總是會看到降體脂優先
自然是不要吃精緻的醣類食物
那菲爾普斯的肌肉長成這樣,一天吃到爽 12000大卡..
體脂還是維持著4%是不是真的阿...
我知道他運動量大
但是工地勞工運動量也大阿
照這邏輯來說 是不是只要先把體脂降到很低[期間不管有沒有重訓]
降到很低之後才開始重訓雕塑 雕塑ok
維持一定的運動量 想怎麼吃都還可以保持完美線條??
3.一般非運動員的上班族想把體脂降到10%以下是有可能的嗎
就算沒有重訓
