[問題] 背部訓練的課表
我想請問各個大大
通常在練背這一天
大大們會做幾個動作?
幾組?
有背擴 大圓
下背擴 下背
四個地方 練完小弟會練二頭
只是可以練這些肌肉的器材很多
大大們練很久了應該有個順序之類的
小弟每次練背(因為背很廢)
很難完整的抓到感覺 很難力竭
超容易借到力
所以看到器材就做個4組 結果用了一堆
也沒力竭 好慘......
想問一下各位大大
練整個背的順序跟動作要都是怎麼練的?
EX.熱身 寬拉單槓5組-> 下拉3組->站姿划船5組->曲體划船5組->
用槓鈴練下背*()&@)#()%)....等等
每次練背都好憔悴 隔天酸是會酸
但是當下練的好糊 超殘念...
