[問題] 飲食菜單
想請問如果要增肌減脂的話
以下菜單o不ok
一天早中晚三餐
早:烤全麥吐司x4, 兩顆雞蛋用寶特瓶抽掉蛋黃(蛋白用煎的),低脂鮪魚罐頭
基本上就是兩份鮪魚蛋吐司,脫脂牛奶一到兩杯
中:用西華雙面烤盤烤雞胸肉一塊,用煎的蛋白兩顆,青花菜一顆或半顆,白飯一碗
訓練後:syntha6一匙一杯
晚:同中餐
另外想問一下天天吃烤雞胸肉會不會怎樣??
