[問題] 越來越沒力
這一陣子很怒力的運動
從2000跑的要死不活
現在每天8000跑40分左右
單槓從跳上去才拉半下
現在5下標準姿勢
但是……握推從單邊65kg12下5組
現在……50kg12下5組在重就推不動
伏地挺身50下現在2X就沒力
健身房的教練是說因為在做有氧減脂肌肉也會掉一些
所以他說的是對的嗎?還是另有原因?
