[問題] 該如何斷練腰力??
小魯弟的腰力一直很差 想練一下腰力
不過 請不要叫我做仰臥起坐
因為仰臥起坐這種捲曲身體的動作 很容易傷到脊椎
小魯弟很討厭做仰臥起坐
想請大家推薦一下斷練腰力的訓練動作
