6/12決定減重 身高179體重100
6/27去量inbody 體重98kg 骨骼肌37.9kg 體脂肪重31kg
目前的飲食:一天的總量
每天三把麵水煮 豬里肌肉250g水煮 subway12吋(照燒雞,不加cheese不加醬)
青花菜一朵(拳頭大)水煮 麵筋+玉筍+大茂黑瓜每周會各添一罐
雞蛋 水煮
目前的重訓 做三休一
一.胸:握推:有架子機械那種30x(15+15+15) 40(個位數+個位數就沒力)
二.腿:深蹲:30x(10) 40x(10) 50x(2+4+8+5沒力)
坐姿推蹬 50x10 60x10 70x10 80x10 沒力
三.背+肩:滑輪下拉50lbs(10x4) 坐姿滑輪下拉62.5x10 75x(10+5+5沒力)
坐姿划船75lbs(10x5)
目前的有氧 有重訓的時候滑步機x20分鐘
沒重訓的時候中正紀念堂跑一圈(心跳140~180浮動)走一圈
請問這樣繼續做下去有效嗎?
