[問題] 練太壯的話要怎樣減特定肌肉???
現在練的情況
覺得二頭肌和肩膀 比例太過強大
但胸肌和背就有點弱
我想把二頭和肩膀的肌群減掉
是只能先全面性有氧減掉 再練回來嗎?
還是有特定的方法 瘦某些部分..........??
有沒有人有類似困擾
相信大家在健身房
一定有看過肩和二頭 特別發達的身材 有點困擾....
