一週練3天連續五六日
五)胸:上胸臥推12rm五組、平胸臥推12rm五組、下胸dips12rm五組、蝴蝶夾胸12rm五組
、三頭滑輪下拉12rm五組。
六)腿肩:硬舉12rm五組、深蹲12rm五組、肩推15rm五組、側平舉12rm五組、前平舉12rm
五組
日)背:引體向上(有用輔助機器)正手12rm十組、反手12rm十組、二頭彎舉12rm五組
外食族亂吃不管熱量,炸雞披薩可樂冰淇淋來者不拒特愛燒烤,每天都有喝on乳清2匙。
健身半年,前2個月有進步後4個月肌肉量完全沒增加,但是運動表現有突破,硬舉1rm可
以自身體重1.2、深蹲1rm可以自身1、臥推也可以自身0.9。
直播聽館長說肌肉沒長先問自己訓練量夠不夠,可是我一個星期就只能練3天難道就不能
進步?
