[問題] 護腕等保護裝備
前幾天練硬舉,
手上中指無名指手掌位置原本的硬繭整塊被扯下來,
為了防止這樣的事再發生我需要買什麼,
買一般手套或是拉力帶?
其實我是想問
可否推薦幾個做拉力帶、護腕等用具的品牌
真的好用,而且有實體店面可以試戴,
我腕細弱一定要試戴看合不合,
再問大家的硬舉與深蹲都做到體重幾倍
才開始使用護腰的習慣阿?
比如1.2倍 1.5倍?
