[問題] 只有兩個八公斤啞鈴,有辦法在家做大肌群
如題
小弟177.4 70.0
我住的地方沒有健身房
所以我練的方式真的很陽春
就是伏地挺身、舉啞鈴(2和3頭)、躺著臥推
然後訓練方式是伏地挺身每天做
其他姿勢只要該部位會痠就休息
想問兩個八公斤啞鈴可以做到什麼大肌群的訓練嗎
我家到健身房車程要40分鐘...
