[問題] 引體向上每下要回到最低點嗎
現在做引體向上大概可以做7下
觀察別人做 下來的時候很多人會下來一半就繼續上去
也就是手肘沒有放直
而我是完全放直再下一下
請問這樣對訓練的效果會有差別嗎
應該放直刺激程度比較強吧?
