[問題] 大腿後側
請問大家覺得怎樣的動作或器材 訓練大腿後側效率最好?
都會看到一些身材厲害的人 大腿前側很壯 後側也壯壯凸凸的
自己會做 俯躺姿勾腿的機器 或是 坐姿勾腿機器 以及可能不標準的深蹲
當下會累 但要練到大腿後側有凸起來的曲線 不是直直的 還有很長遠的路啊!
