[討論]應該吃青花椰嗎?
各位晚安
小弟不才
加入健身行列方滿兩個月,吃的動的都還在自己各方面摸索
現在遇上了一個疑惑
就是:到底該不該多吃青花椰?
我依照健身的基本原則(熱量控制、攝食比例、蛋白質在增肌期為1.5~2G體重)與衛生福
利部食品藥物管理署給的均衡飲食建議(每日五蔬二果、每日五色蔬果、每日各營養最低
攝取量)排的菜單是這樣的:

(註:小弟是自炊一族,三餐除了出門應酬一律在家解決,三天上菜市場一次採購)
排的很粗糙,因為還在摸索
這些天吃下來也沒感覺身體出什麼毛病
只是有點困惑
我把綠花椰排進菜單
是因為非常多的健身相關的書籍網站討論區都會把青花椰列入飲食菜單
推薦評語常常是豐富的維生素C、B1、纖維、鈣,還有抗癌
然而小弟光是主食地瓜+紫菜+其餘五色蔬果
就已經把這幾種營養素通通補到每日攝取量以上了
多吃反倒造成磷值超標
這樣是不是代表
可以把綠花椰從菜單去掉
純靠其他蔬果就夠了呢?
還是青花椰除了坊間簡單介紹的幾個賣點之外
還有甚麼不可取代能幫助增肌減脂的原因呢?
小弟非營養學出身
只是依樣畫葫蘆出於疑惑一問
