[問題] 練胸隔天練肩無法恢復

小弟目前課表安排
練胸腿三頭日
槓鈴臥推3*8(45KG)
上斜槓鈴臥推3*8
腿推機3*10
六角槓硬拉3*8
坐姿腿屈伸3*8
三頭繩索高位前拉3*12
三頭繩索下拉3*12
練肩背二頭日
槓鈴肩推3*8(30KG)
側平舉4*15
面拉3*10
槓鈴划船3*10
高位下拉3*8
坐姿划船3*8
上斜啞鈴彎舉4*10
練二修二的情況下,胸腿日隔天接肩背
有時候槓鈴肩推的成效並不是很好
第三組可能只能6下左右
在想可能是因爲前一天練胸前三角有使用到導致恢復不過來
想問在一週只能去四次的前提下
該如何調整課表 謝謝各位~
