詹姆斯(LeBron James)有全能身手和強健的體魄,除嚴格鍛鍊外,對飲食也嚴格把關,
在他的飲食菜單中,已把豬肉這個選項剔除,過去7年來都沒再吃過豬肉,並對效果讚譽
有加。
大約10年前,詹姆斯一位叔叔建議他別吃豬肉,起初他拒絕,後來仍定試試看效果,結果
一試之下,到現在他都不吃豬肉,「你真的能發現有所不同,我一直感覺這樣不錯。」
詹姆斯指出,最大的改變除了身體擁有的能量,還有復原的能力,「這對我在球場上有很
大的幫助。」過去7年除豬肉外,只要是紅肉他都不吃,肉類攝取以魚肉、雞肉為主。
13年的NBA生涯,詹姆斯出席率有94%,這是相當可觀的工作效率,因此多方面的顧慮,也
成了他站穩NBA的基本考量,且他是在營養師建議要多攝取鐵質下,才吃魚肉與雞肉。
有一件事可以看出詹姆斯對飲食注重的程度,4月5日騎士與公鹿賽後,詹姆斯受訪完後肚
子很餓,進更衣室問隊友還有沒有披薩吃,隊友說剩了不少放在桌上。
可是詹姆斯拿起來看了一下就放回去,原來上面放了很多臘腸,再餓也不願意吃,「這是
有效果的,也是我職業生涯做得最好的事情之一。」
豬肉一般認為有消除疲勞的效果,但近年豬隻多為養殖,飼料添加了不少化學成份來幫助
豬隻生長,另外也有一說指出,豬是雜食性動物,什麼東西都吃下肚,牠的肉對人體有害
