職務名稱： Sales Specialist
需求人數： 1~2人

Main Duties:
- Be responsible for correspondence and communication with local vendors
- Support in Marketing & Sales translations
- Create Database with potential customers
- Contact customers by email and telephone
- Visit potential customers and introduce the Swiss goods such watches & Beers
- Negotiate sales conditions
- Support with the import and delivery
- Support with the AR collection
- Support with Marketing activities
Secondly Duties ( while needs):
- Accounting, processing of bills, VAT filing
- Communicate with local government, CPA, Banks, Landlord, etc.
- Ensure compliance with local rules
- Support LeinSiten staff for Adm and organizational issues
- Be contact person for LeinSiten Taiwan issues
- Taking care that the office is in a good order
- Support in hiring staff
Competences:
- Good English Skills
- Background in Business related
- Good understanding of local laws/regulations
- Good organizational skills
- Independent working ability
- Experienced in Office Administration
- Experienced in Sales and Marketing field for 1-3 years
