[徵才] Analyst opening at Zoyi Capital
Zoyi Capital is looking for an analyst to join its investment team. Zoyi
Capital is a Greater China focused fund, investing in segment-leading mid-cap
companies with a proven history. The Zoyi Capital team has a long and
successful track record in Greater China and is highly respected in the
business community. The founding Partners of Zoyi Capital are Eric Chen,
previously President of North Asia and Greater China at Fullerton Financial,
a subsidiary of Temasek, Andrew Kuo, previously Vice Chairman of Blackstone
Greater China, and Pei-Pei Yu, previously Managing Director of Goldman Sachs
PIA.
Primary responsibilities
1. Screen deal opportunities by conducting industry and company research
2. Conduct business due diligence and work with third party advisors (e.g.
lawyers and accountants) in the due diligence process
3. Prepare presentation materials and participate in deal discussions
4. Execute live pipeline deals
5. Monitor post investment performance of portfolio companies
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above with an aptitude for numbers
2. Passion in the financial industry, particularly in private equity
3. Good attitude, hardworking and dependable
4. Detailed-oriented and ability to multi-task under pressure
5. Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills
6. Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
7. Previous work/internship experience in international
institutions/locations is a plus
