-- Trading/Operations Assistant Full-Time
We are looking to add to our asset management team by hiring a candidate
that will help the trading function and settlements.
The position will be regard as basic trading support.
-- Responsibilities
1.Trading Related Assistance. --> Train to be US market trader.
2.Work closely with the NY Front Office, Taiwan Back Office, Prime Broker,
Trading Counterparties and External Vendors (Fund administrator, auditors,
etc) to ensure timely, accurate and efficient flow of data is accounted for.
3.Responsible for the data collection and the review process
4.Proactively recommends changes to enhance, build or improve existing
controls and procedures.
-- Key Knowledge and Skills
1.Qualified candidates should have completed undergraduate studies in
finance, accounting or a related field.
2.Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required.
3.Experience working at a fund administrator, audit firm or brokerage
back office /middle office team is a plus.
Note: This position may need working during night hours.
Should be on board as soon as possible.
