各位好,請教個問題,
小弟於1/21提出口頭離職,預計2/11號走人,但是主管說要派人來交接,硬是延遲至2/20
才放行,不過因為要到新公司報到,想要請一天假返台辦離職手續(隔天報到),不過卻
被主管檔下,不讓我請,請問不准假這動作在勞基法上有違法嗎?謝謝
