[閒聊] 女孩重訓都在做什麼器材已回收
我去健身房幾乎都是看到女生在跑步機
不然就是有氧,最多在機械器材區看到
女生做腹肌的機器(我也不知道正確名)
或者一般的腿推 或者壺鈴深蹲
我的話我都是去自由重量區做臥推硬舉
我們那邊的健身房好像不太盛行重訓
所以都不太需要輪流器材等器材

我之前有上過教練課,是那種傳統健身房的健美教練教的,挑教練就是看本身想學crossf
it 或挺舉還是一般健身的,一開始用小重量就好不要勉強做太重容易受傷
