[問題] 全麥粉大量使用
1.最近媽媽買了一大袋的全麥粉 (不是全麥麵粉噢)
想請問可以拿來做什麼餅乾或蛋糕呢?
2.請問可以把做餅乾蛋糕的低筋麵粉改成全麥麵粉嗎?這樣做出來的成品會差很多嗎?
3.常常看到板友的食譜分享有奶油和糖的減少,想請問大家比立大概要怎麼拿捏口感
才不至於差太多呢?
因為是烘培新手,還有很多地方需要學習,謝謝大家的回答:D
