[問題] 取代高熔點乳酪
近來想做鑲嵌乳酪的歐包,但並不想購買高熔點乳酪
目前比較希望自製高熔點乳酪,不知道各位有無做過?方便提供食譜?
或是知道有那些乳酪能取代高熔點包入麵包烤不會融化?
