家裡是使用國際牌的麵包機, 做出來總是覺得沒有拉絲效果.
爬文說是因為麵包機葉片揉麵總是跟人手工揉麵有差
請問是不是能在最後烤之前的發酵步驟把麵團拿出來再揉一揉
這種方法可行嗎?
